Parker Atkins is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and is the President of Atkins Engineering & Project Management, LLC, which is a Registered Professional Engineering Firm in the State of Texas. 

 

Atkins is also a Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas.   He currently provides ADA litigation and/or real estate consulting services in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana and Mississppi.  Atkins has performed forensic cause and origin investigations for the Department of Defense and was formally trained as an expert witness.
